Our office is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 3pm.

What are your access hours?

You can access your unit any time you want! We have 24 hour access.

Why would I want climate control?

Climate control is a great way to keep your belongings safe from damages that can be caused by unstable weather conditions. Many items can be easily damaged by mold, mildew, pests, warping, and even melting if the temperature or humidity isn’t constant. Our climate controlled storage building keeps everything at a constant temperature and humidity level so you don’t have to worry about your belongings while they’re being stored.

What communities do you serve?

Our location just east of Selbyville is convenient to many area communities. We’ve served customers from Selbyville, Fenwick Island, Roxana, Frankford, and even customers from the other side of the border. Businesses and residents of Bishopville, Bishop, and Showell, MD have used our services, too!

Do you rent to businesses?

Yes, we rent to businesses. Our climate-controlled units are popular for area businesses who need a place to store their inventory or extra documents.

Do I have to move in during your office hours?

No. You’re welcome to arrange your move at your convenience. We’d be happy to make an appointment with you outside our normal office hours. In fact, we have someone on call 24 hours a day.
